What you ll do

The StrategyDirector at Heat works directly with creative teams, media and the accountmanagement group, leading day-to-day strategic planning on some of the agency skey accounts. We re looking for someone who can help our clients turn businessstrategy into compelling marketing and advertising strategy. And within theagency, someone who can deliver smart, inspiring insights and champion terrificcreative in a fast-paced environment. In your role, you will:

Lead strategic development and guide the client business inpartnership with the Account Director

Be an expert on the business you will lead

Function as a team player with regard to agency and clientrelations, working closely with creative, account and media teams to bring thebest ideas to life

-{PS..0}->Interface and collaborate with other departments to develop newand innovative strategic offerings

Provide guidance to clients on qualitative and quantitativeresearch

Serve as a leader, advisor, and mentor to the Strategy team, whilealso rolling up your sleeves, writing strategic briefs and doing other hands-onwork

Oversee and write creative briefs, insight videos, consumerjourneys and communications plans

-{PS..1}->Document key insights, findings, and recommendations based onresearch; and develop strategies for implementation

Identifythe consumer journey; and the best places to reach the consumer as well as thecultural implications of the consumer

Duringcampaign development, inform the media channels the creative should live in, inorder to meet business goals

Createa measurement plan for analyzing success of the campaigns

Qualifications

Required:

7 years strategy experience at a forward-thinking agency, includingprevious management experience

Experience with communications planning:digital,social, influencer partnerships, native content, broadcast, digital, OOH andprint

Excellent writing and compelling presentation skills

-{PS..3}->Experienced with established qualitative and quantitative researchtechniques and possesses an excitement for inventing new, un-establishedresearch techniques

Proficiency in Keynote

Ability to travel up to 30%

Bachelor s Degree preferred
