What you ll do

The Strategy Coordinator will work with the Strategy team to manage the day to day of campaigns for a wide range of clients. This is a fun, fast-moving role on a growing team that is creatively driven - each day calls for a slightly different skill. This person needs to be able to work effectively with trends and data, helping drive smart creative. They ll also need to possess effective communication skills both in person and via email as this role collaborates daily with a variety of teams within the agency. The Strategy Coordinator reports directly to a Group Strategy Director, and day-to-day will focus on a variety of tasks for the strategy team including:

Perform competitive and trend analysis

Build core craft skills: framing a business challenge, finding an insight, writing a strategy, kicking off creative, then following through

Manage the community across a variety of client s social platforms, posting content and interacting with the community s response to that content

Work effectively within proprietary measurement tools and third party tools as well as natively on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Assist in development, execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative research

Learn and participate in the development of consumer journeys and communications plans

Learn the creative development process, working with strategy, account and creative to help bring ideas to life

Help write creative briefs and edit insight videos

Assist the strategy department on new business pitches

Be a consumer of advertising explore new campaigns, read strategy blogs and awards to develop a sense of what good work looks like and what s possible today

1-2 years experience in a similar or internship role, preferably at a creative agency or in-house

Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, as well as with tracking tools like Spredfast, Radian6, Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr, Sysomos, HootSuite, TweetDeck, Topsy

Exceptional communication skills, both written and visual

Ability to travel up to 30%


Bachelor s degree

A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proven ability to effectively manage quick-turnaround, tactical projects

Experience with influencer social content and community management

Personal brand presence and experience with social media a plus

Good sense of humor and doesn t take self too seriously
