What you ll do
The Media Planner at Heat has experience in creating successful paid and organic social campaigns, client presentation skills, and a strong desire to solve business problems for some of the biggest companies in the world. This person will collaborative closely with other Strategy team members and across Creative, Account, Production and Operations on a day-to-day basis. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience working on a wide array clients with very diverse asks. This role will report directly into the Group Account Director and day-to-day responsibilities include:
Develop strategically solid media recommendations with supporting rationale
Execute, optimize and manage media plans across multiple accounts
Assist in research and analysis, pulling key insights to develop effective strategy and tactics
Manage day-to-day plan changes and maintenance of media plans
Oversee and train more junior level staff to develop core competencies
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technology in the advertising/marketing space as well as across client verticals

Strong social media buying experience across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snap
oPaid & Organic
oIncluding investment, targeting and KPIs
oModerate experience in campaign implementation, including trafficking and reporting
Working experience in digital and traditional media
oE.g. Programmatic, broadcast, OOH
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Knowledge and enthusiasm for trends in the new digital media space
Strong communication, project management and time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration and communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, work successfully with teams, independently and under pressure
Ability to travel up to 30%
Bachelor s Degree
Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and positive attitude
Highly organized and process-oriented with an attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-task with a proven ability to efficiently manage quick-turnaround projects
Willingness to take direction and desire to learn
Nice to have: Proficiency with AdWords & Google Analytics
