Key Job Responsibilities:

Support delivery of advisory and hands-on services to assist pursuit and project teams with the adoption and usage of Deloitte s implementation method (EVD) and enabling solutions for delivery execution (e.g. requirements, design, development / configuration, testing)

Support project teams in areas of functional, automated, and performance testing

Identify and address project team training needs on Deloitte methods and solutions

Provide input to recommendations to improve use, adoption and understanding of the method and enabling solutions

Identify and harvest high quality deliverables and other CMT related information to enable a model of continuous improvement

Support delivery of instructor-led training courses aligned with Delivery Execution solution focus

Support special projects related to area of solution focus within CMT as needed

Represent the vision and objectives of CMT positively within Deloitte Consulting

Support adoption of the Deloitte delivery standards

Skills/Experience Required:

2-3 years of hands on project implementation experience in a functional or technical role

2-3 years delivery experience in consulting; specifically, test management experience

Experience with testing tools (HP ALM, Performance Center, LoadRunner, QTP or UFT, etc.)

Ability to travel 60% on average

Ability to think creatively and work effectively with senior project team members

Experience with software implementation methodologies (agile, waterfall)

Knowledge of the software development life cycle

Experience working in a distributed workplace (e.g., virtual teams, off-shore teams)

Requires minimal supervision, logical thinker and detail-oriented

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner

Strong time management skills

Strong software skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word

Additional Skills/Experience Desired:

Experience delivering engagements in an agile environment

Experience using market leading delivery execution enablers (e.g. MS Project, ARIS, HP Quality Center, HP Agile Manager, JIRA, etc)

Experience working in a virtual environment, including offshore / India-based team members

Ability to work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership areas

Ability to be an active user of various technologies

Ability to manage deadlines while working on multiple initiatives

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Strong organizational skills

Fluent English language skills

Good conceptual skills
