The Deloitte Greenhouse serves the Firm s program clients. We integrate a suite of unique client and internal offerings called Labs into one dynamic space. Current and future Lab Offerings range from a suite of Signature Breakthrough Experiences (each tailored to the individual client and delivery), to immersive technology showcases and demos, to custom breakthrough experiences addressing innovation, leadership, strategy, transformation, transition and alignment. We provide an environment that fosters creativity and provides a powerful experience for both external and internal teams. Clients who engage in these experiences will uncover highly relevant insights and develop more successful approaches to complex challenges.

Work you ll do

This role will give the candidate a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of clients to solve exciting business challenges, stretch their critical thinking and problem solving skills and network with executive level clients as well as senior Deloitte leaders that include Clients & Industry leaders, function leaders, and high-performing LCSPs who lead our Platinum and Strategic portfolio client accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing Manager with strong project management skills, solid design thinking skills, great content development skills, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams using design thinking and creative problem solving. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help the person excel in this role.

In this role, you will:

Design and Execution

Developing deep knowledge of lab offerings and custom human centered design approaches, guiding design and delivery tailored to clients; focusing on a high-quality and consistent experiences at a Greenhouse location for all levels of lab visitors.

Demonstrating ability to diagnose adaptive challenges and collaboratively create a custom design to move client to breakthrough, managing across stakeholder.

Demonstrating strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to understand and address client challenges and draw out key talking points; selecting speaking style and approach best suited for the situation and audience.

Managing the coordination and execution of Deloitte Greenhouse Experience design, lab day, post work and ongoing activities, which includes leading pre-planning calls; driving and customizing lab design and planning to align with account team / client needs; working with client teams to plan for and dry-run impactful client sessions by tailoring the Deloitte Greenhouse Experience, recommending demonstrations to be shown, tailoring demo stories where relevant, and helping to formulate the agenda.

Working with business and external partners as needed to construct and orchestrate custom Labs.

Bringing wide-ranging experience, professional concepts, and functional area / Deloitte objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways; bringing personal subject matter expertise to play where relevant.

Program Management

Drive innovation and leverage research within Deloitte and in the world for inspiration and use research-based insights to spot opportunities for innovation within constraints

Supporting point of contact for Deloitte Greenhouse Experience requests. The point of contact represents Deloitte Greenhouse services and balances requests across multiple stakeholders.

Promoting lab sessions when interacting with account teams in support of the team s goals.

Reviewing and supporting Deloitte Greenhouse site communications, as needed.

Working collaboratively and consistently with the local site team and U.S. team members, promoting teamwork and high quality deliverables.

Contributing to the overall Greenhouse program through new Lab offerings, tools, processes, etc.

Leading / supporting special projects on either the local site or National teams.

Researching and testing creative / innovative approaches that could be leveraged across the Deloitte Greenhouse portfolio.

The team

The Deloitte Greenhouse Experience team sits within Deloitte s Client Accelerators organization, which supports LCSPs and account teams in helping key client leaders, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges. The Deloitte Greenhouse Manager Level team member will be responsible for supporting the Lab Leads and team with facilitation of lab requests in the Deloitte Greenhouse, and where applicable, global Breakthrough lab sessions and/or lab sessions at other site locations/mobile locations.
