Client Account Management FinancialServices Industry Manager

We re looking for an autonomous self-starter with outstandingorganizational and program management skills - a strategic thinker who s alsoa natural collaborator. As a Client Account Manager (CAM) in Deloitte s FinancialServices Industry (FSI) practice, you ll work with senior leaders in our firmon the top accounts in the FSI industry helping the Account Teams buildrelationships, win projects and manage work. You ll oversee all account operationsand strategic activities keeping our practitioners armed and in front ofthe client while ensuring back office operations run smoothly. You ll alsointimately work with account leadership to deliver and support Advisory,Consulting and Tax business priorities to bring the best of each business to ourclient. You ll share what other account teams are doing and help to innovate newapproaches. You will be the important link between the larger firm, the accountteam, and the client.

Work you ll do

Responsibilitieswillbebasedonspecificclientrelationshipobjectivesandtheneedsoftheaccountteam,andwillincludesomeorallofthefollowing:

  • Client Impact/External Facing Activities: DevelopandexecuteClientServiceStrategyandPlanning,ClientServiceAssessments,MarketingStrategy,ClientandAlumniRelationshipManagement,ClientMeetingPreparation,andProposal Support

  • Account Operations/Internal Team Management Activities: ManageAccountMeetings,TeamCommunications,OpportunityManagement,Onboarding/Offboardingofteammembers,KnowledgeManagement,andsupportAccountFinancialManagementasneeded

  • Contract, Risk and Quality Management Activities: ManageContractManagementactivitiesandtheaccount sConfidentialInformationProgram

The team

CAMs,like other Deloitte practitioners, are aligned to an industry (e.g., Energy,Resources & Industrials, Financial Services; Consumer; Life Sciences &Health Care; Government & Public Services; or Technology, Media &Telecom). CAMs help build and execute client service strategies, optimizeinternal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams toprovide the best Deloitte Client Experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor sdegree

  • Demonstratedaccountmanagement or consultingexperience

  • Minimum5to7yearsworkexperience

  • Strongorganizationalskills

  • Strongprojectmanagementskills

  • Abilitytoadapttoachangingenvironment

  • Exceptionalinterpersonalandcommunicationskills

  • ProficientinMicrosoftOfficesuitestrongPowerPointandExcelskillscritical

  • Excellentanalyticalandproblem-solvingskills

  • Experiencementoring/counselingothers

Preferred
