This rolewill be a part of the Greenhouse Experience team but support our broader teamwithin Client Accelerators. The rolewill focus on executive role-based programs that deliver a comprehensive suiteof Transition Labs (TL) and will also focus on a strategic set of initiativesto enhance and optimize the TL design, process, and operations.

Work you ll do

This rolewill give the candidate a unique opportunity to work with a wide array ofclients to solve exciting business challenges, stretch their critical thinkingand problem-solving skills and network with executive level clients as well asDeloitte leaders that include Clients & Industry leaders, business leaders,and high-performing LCSPs who lead our client segmentation portfolio clientaccounts.

In thisrole, you will specifically focus on TLs a key offering that supports C-levelexecutives prepare for and accelerate their transition into the role focusingon their time/priorities, their talent, and their critical relationships acrosstheir stakeholders, culminating in a 180-day transition/action plan. You will also work across Client Acceleratorsand key partners across our Deloitte businesses that deliver TL and related offerings,such as the Finance Transformation service offering within Deloitte Consultingand Elevate labs. You will lead a teamfocused on initiative implementation and TL (and some additional repeatablelab) delivery. This role reports day-to-dayto the Experience Director, leading the Shared Assets team, and works closelywith the Executive Sponsor of the TL initiatives to improve the content,delivery models and execution of TLs across Deloitte and deliver on the Re-inventing Labs Initiative .

Your primary responsibilities:

This role is primarily aboutexecution excellence in the delivery and value maximization realized from transitionand related labs across Deloitte. The TLLeader will:

  • Work collaboratively across the role-basedprograms within CA serving TLs with CFOs, CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, CHROs, CTO s, andother executive roles, as well as related TLs initiatives in the functions.Annual TL volume averages 500 labs and is expectedto grow each year.

  • Work across programs to identify andscale best practices.

  • Proactively identify continued opportunitiesto be more efficient and effective, including opportunities relating toresourcing, training, technology, experiential engagement, self-service,insights, and reporting

  • Manage and develop the TL Core Services team ofproducers and facilitators in the United States and extended delivery teams inUSI to create an engaged and high-performing workforce to meet growing TL supportdemands.

  • Deliver TL producer and facilitator support to CAprograms and functional programs, as needed, to deliver high quality labs.

  • Roll-out TL 3.0 consistently across programs.

  • Implement clear management reporting from forecasts,to utilization, to delivery cost assessment, and continuously improveproductivity through improving operations and processes.Work closely with the Operations team torespond to reporting requests and other ad-hoc operational efforts, includingreporting and presentations for CA TL governance discussions (3-4 times peryear)

  • Implement post-lab feedback mechanisms across programsto support continuous improvement, gather data on lab impact and value toclients.

  • Rollout the adoption of Digital TL and Data Strategyconsistent with GDPR and privacy/confidentiality laws to increase efficienciesand gather data for insights.Leveragethese insights to improve lab experiences.

  • Implement controls to prevent rogue digital labs andrandom TLs that adversely impact our brand.

  • Improve and roll-out in person and online training forfacilitators and producers.

  • Serve as Lead or Co-Facilitator committing to personallydelivering 10 TLs in a given year to be on the front lines and continuouslyinnovate the experience for clients and staff. This is not a TL delivery roleas much as it is a role to effectively manage TL operations.

  • Monitor competitors and help refine our TL strategy tostay ahead of our competitors.

  • Project manage and staff key strategic initiatives workingclosely with the Executive Sponsor and Experience Director to drive re-inventinglabs initiatives to deployment.

  • Promote TLs wheninteracting with account teams in support of the team s goals.

ClientAccelerators sits within Deloitte s Client and Market Growth (CMG)organization, which supports LCSPs and account teams in helping key clientleaders, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges.

The idealcandidate will be a high-performing Managing Director with strong projectmanagement skills, great leadership skills and a passion for creatinginnovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive, innovative spirit, digitaltechnology experience and strong influence skills will help the person excel inthis role.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10 years inDeloitte in client roles and or internal operations

  • Ability to manage a team and influence change acrossmultiple programs bringing key stakeholders on the journey (i.e. ability toarticulate the case for change and push programs to a consistentsolution/experience)

  • A self-starter, capable of working both independentlyand proactively and able to manage through ambiguity

  • Familiarity/experience with TLs

  • Familiarity/experience with facilitation and labmanager roles

  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

  • Excellent strategic thinking/analytical skills

  • Ability to manage work across multiple streams

  • Excellent presence, as well as strong writing and oralpresentation skills

  • Manages risks and issues navigating solutions withleadership as needed

  • Deep experience leading cross-disciplinary andcross-functional collaborative efforts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications,including excellent PowerPoint skills and SharePoint

  • Practitionerideally based in a Deloitte Greenhouse location with estimated up to 20% travel

Preferred:

  • Understanding of c-suite executiveterminology and responsibilities (including CFOs, CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, CTO s, andCHROs)

  • Interest and experience with analytical methods andtools, including data visualization

  • Digital experience
