Work You ll DoAssess, analyze, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance, financial and operational control processes, offer recommendations to improve operations, assist clients with enterprise risk and compliance activities, provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients; use skills in risk management business and operational processes, internal auditing, financial reporting and other internal controls and regulatory compliance to analyze, assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of governance, financial and operational control processes, offer recommendations to improve operations and assist clients with enterprise risk compliance activities; assess information systems and technology that manage risk and drive operational, financial and regulatory compliance processes as well as solutions that manage risk associated with information technology; and perform assessments, remediation, implementation and integration of end-to-end solutions in these areas. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of experience performing regulatory and compliance assessments in the Life Sciences industry, specifically in biotechnology.Experience must include two years of:Performing internal audit activities, including assessing of business procedures;Assessing the completeness and accuracy of third party's data by sampling and testing the EDI 844, EDI 852, and EDI 867 data received from third party;Developing and refining of policy and procedures for operation areas related to government price reporting for 340B;Assessing business processes for regulatory documentation and providing assessment results and documentation;Utilize Microsoft tools including Access, Visio, and Excel to perform data analyses;Developing, creating, and updating status tracking mechanisms to be used for overall program delivery and project management;Performing regulatory assessments in accordance to 340B for discount drug programs and FDA regulations; andProviding detailed recommendations for improvement for business processes.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
