Work you'll do
Data Analytics: compiling repair data from maintenance depots along with OEMs to establish trends and provide insights on optimizing repairs as well as accelerating maintenance windows.
Provide logistic engineering assessments; design interface implementation; Reliability, Maintainability & Supportability (RMS) analysis; test and evaluation support; operational supportability assessments and support system availability analysis during the acquisition process.
Develop and update ILS acquisition documentation such as Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), User's Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) plan.
Provide logistics engineering expertise in developing logistics-related contract modifications for production contracts.
Review and assess hardware contractor's technical proposals.
Perform logistics engineering fact-finding, cost information analysis and provide assessments.
Assess Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) contractor performance for all logistics elements.
Review and track the status of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items from hardware contractors.
Analyze the production contractors' data deliverables for compliance with specified requirements and develop review comments as required.
Provide logistics engineering support to Logistics and Engineering sponsored Working Group meetings and SETR events by developing presentation materials, minutes, and action item resolution though knowledge of logistics engineering solutions.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in working logistics programs performing a minimum of 7 out of the 10 Logistics Elements or a combined fifteen (15) years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
Program execution oversight
Analytical and problem solving related to logistical issues
Software defined radio or similar
Defense Acquisition University Logistics Level III or equivalent certification
Experience in supporting Department of Defense (DoD) projects to include performing professional or technical logistics work
Experience in the analysis, preparation and presentation of data to leadership
Proven excellence in writing and communication skills to provide updates and analysis of program logistics documentation
Experience in planning, coordinating, administering and presenting working group meetings and briefings to various stakeholders and senior leadership
Experience in tracking and analyzing various vendor production status reports and conducting investigations to understand issues that may arise during production type projects
Experience in maintaining a tracker for production and depot type programs via Microsoft products
Experience in preparing minutes for leadership personnel including specific logistics actions and track all logistics action items from internal and external meetings and conferences
Experience in the preparation of technical/logistics studies and trade studies to develop the most cost effective approach for providing the required logistics support to deployed systems and equipment
Experience in collaborating and coordinating with a cross matrix organization to ensure contract deliverables are adequately reviewed from a total logistics support perspective and approved in accordance with contract requirements
Experience in working with various military services to validate ILS requirements and implement logistics support plans to meet requirements
Experience in translating requirements to specifications
Experience in gathering technical information, calculating, analyzing data and present logistics metrics for vendor's and field Reliability, Availability and Maintainability data via Microsoft products
Experience in tracking squadron deployments and aircraft deliveries to ensure deliveries of products as required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products
Understanding of reliability, maintainability, and logistics requirements
Experience in assessing and presenting production issues and challenges, as well as, identifying and recommending solutions to leadership
Experience in supporting the development and review of integrated logistics planning documents
Ability to contribute Experience with coordinating, writing, reviewing and updating logistics relevant information
Experience in assessing adherence to "focused logistics" requirements for rapid crisis response, tracking and shifting assets in route, and "tailored" logistics support package
Experience in evaluating ILS impacts in CM documentation and engineering change proposals
Experience in assisting efforts to manage and provide oversight of Support Equipment development

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
