Work you'll do/Responsibilities
•You will work closely with the client's business function to design and implement a target state process
•Achieve buy-in from stakeholders and drive adoption of new methods
•Identify opportunities for clients to achieve future success
•General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
•Assess existing artifacts, documentation, and data to baseline client performance against best practices.
•Oversee the business process assessment, target state design, and road map activities
•Gather business requirements
•Understand business capabilities of tools
•Negotiate what is expected to be configured out-of-the box or customized
•Facilitate the JAD sessions and align on how solutions meet business requirements/user stories
•Enable the adoption of new processes, procedures and tools
•Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications

•4+ years ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
•Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable experience
•Must be technically savvy and possess strong experience configuring ServiceNow
•Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
•Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and running JAD sessions
•Travel up to 10% annually
•A current government security clearance, or the ability to hold a clearance is required
•Must live a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; Sacramento, CA; St. Louis, MO; San Diego, CA; Seattle, WA; Tallahassee, FL; Tampa, FL; OR be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA

•ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer Certification preferred
•ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
