Salesforce B2B Lead

Deloitte Digital offers services that enable client solutions using digital technologies, including the Web, Mobile, Social Networking, Digital Strategy, Digital Content and Digital ERP. The Digital Web team works with clients to advise, design, implement and deploy eCommerce and Portal solutions.

Our eCommerce capabilities provide transactional solutions related to online marketing, sales and service; for both Direct-To-Consumer and Business-to-Business. Our Portal capabilities provide intranet and internet solutions focused on content presentment and transaction capabilities for both internal enterprise as well as customer facing purposes.

You are the soothsayer. You have gazed into the future of our clients' businesses, and you see a clear path to success. You understand what it takes to make complex Salesforce eCommerce solutions happen, and you'll have a firm hand on the controls every step of the way.

Work you'll do

You will be using your digital expertise and commerce knowledge to Lead/support client teams and help them achieve their digital priorities. You'll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the client's current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows

  • Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and(or) remotely

  • Needs to provide advice and expertise, and to (possibly) lead projects.

  • Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients and help with roadmap planning

  • Identify client process pain points, analyze, and recommend solutions. Drive projects through from discovery through deployment

  • Effectively carry out the translation of business requirements into functional specifications to satisfy the business needs and necessary system modifications

  • Engage with development teams to understand the solution and demo to client business teams.

  • Align with UX/VD teams and provide insights to define best user experience for client

  • Should effectively track the project deliverables & dependencies, ensure agile governance, and manage client expectations demonstrating a team player role.

  • Prioritize tasks in-order to meet daily, weekly and release level expectations from project delivery standpoint.

  • Document the enhancement recommendations from business stakeholders, Perform feasibility analysis along with the technical teams

  • Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning

  • Coordinate effectively with the business stakeholders and other teams

  • Ensure proper project documentations and lead project transition activities and hand-over to clients or other stakeholders.

We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

  • eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operations

  • Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

  • Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions

  • Marketing analytics implementation and operations

  • Advertising campaign ideation, development, and execution

  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution

  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results

Qualifications:

Required

  • 8+ years of IT experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Solution (Cloud Craze)

  • 3+ years of understanding the Salesforce platform & architecture, data models, Commerce out of the box features and capabilities

  • Sound knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce features and Salesforce communities. Fair understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) concepts is a plus

  • Experience implementing large scale eCommerce solutions with focus on Salesforce Commerce solutions

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Sprint cadence. Perform user story grooming, articulating user stories and requirements, Sprint planning, Demo, and retrospective and Sprint execution

  • Knowledge of End to End Order Management lifecycle

  • Ability to manage client communication effectively. Experience working with client stakeholders, and other team members

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to audience

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel 50% (once COVID related travel restrictions are lifted)

Preferred

  • Salesforce Certifications are a plus

  • Experience or knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds like CPQ and OMS are a plus
