Strategic Resource Management: Resourcing and Marketing Specialist/Senior Specialist
As the Resourcing & Marketing Specialist, you will serve as a key contributor to the project and program management of the Strategic Resource Management team focused on getting the right people in the right place to do the right work at the right time. As the Resourcing Specialist you'll be overseeing a centrally managed network of contingent talent to accelerate our agility and expand our capabilities to more dynamically anticipate and solve for the evolving needs of stakeholders. You will support our overall contingent workforce strategy by sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding and reporting on external contractors, working with third party staffing agencies and coordinating with internal Talent teams. You may also contribute to special projects in recruitment marketing, mobility programs and workforce optimization on an ad hoc basis.

Serve as primary point of contact on all staff augmentation requests across ME channels
Work directly with stakeholders to define need and possible solutions across our various resourcing pools
Drive recruitment marketing efforts with paid social and targeted campaigns
Conduct searches, screens candidates and communicates best options against defined job specs
Work directly with Procurement, DOT, Finance and outside vendors to process paperwork for all contract hires
Conduct onboarding for all new joiners and serves as resource to troubleshoot issues with IT, access to internal platforms, Fieldglass etc.
Communicate expectations with engagement managers and follows up periodically to ensure consistent performance throughout duration of the assignment
Manage talent repository and archives resumes and portfolios
Work with Operation team and Finance to ensure accurate data for time entry tracking, reporting and billing
Support mobility programs and additional talent related efforts
May be involved in special projects as assigned in Strategic Resource Management
3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree (marketing or related preferred)
Resource management, recruiting , HR or staffing experience a plus
Results driven self-starter who takes initiative, recommends solutions and demonstrates ownership of the program and results
A high level of professionalism with a strong executive presence
Ability to proactively build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to work autonomously with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Power Point and Excel
Experienced with data, reporting, metrics and financials
