The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. Work You'll do

Program Managers are concerned with the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity's and agency's needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. Program Managers are also responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the Program Manager. Ideal candidate will have Navy Experience, active DoD Secret clearance and 15+ years of Professional experience

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field

• 15 years of experience supporting the Department of Navy or other defense agency with administrative support and program management office

• 5 years of experience managing multiple contracts as part of an IDIQ vehicle

• Extensive experience in the oversight and management of large scale DoD systems design and engineering projects, establishing and tracking technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs

• Oversight and management of large scale DoD programs in systems design and engineering

• Active Secret Clearance

  Preferred:

• Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science discipline

• DoD program management experience with combat weapon systems engineering

• Active Top Secret Clearance

  For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
