Work you ll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Enterprise Operations group you will:

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professional

  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited to Financial Operations, Supply Chain. and Project and Acquisition Management

  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

  • This role directly supports the clients Division Chief by providing executive support and strategic direction to ensure streamlined and efficient decision making.

  • The individual will work autonomously to coordinate with key stakeholders to prioritize tasks, ensure smooth information flow, and support the execution, management, and oversight of a variety of Logistics technology priorities and initiatives.

  • Individaul will support the clients Master Scheduling and Capacity Planning engagement.

We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in MRO and/or Factory planning function

  • Experience working in repair and/or manufacturing environments

  • Experience in leading client teams in an operations function

  • Experience in designing new processes, procedures

  • Experience in using information management technology to support repair/manufacturing operations

  • Experience in leading change initiatives at various client levels

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Experience in S&OP discipline
