Work You ll Do

As a Diamond-level member ofthe Oracle Partner Network, Deloitte needs thought leaders like yourself tohelp pave the way for our clients and Oracle service line development. For ourclients, our Oracle Senior Consultants reduce cost and support innovation atthe enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading thefunctional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle ProjectAccounting implementations.

Responsibilities willinclude:

  • Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.

  • Contributingto the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stagesof implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).

  • Supporting configurations, customization, reports andinterfaces, testing and user training.

At Deloitte Consulting LLP, wepossess deep industry and functional knowledge of Oracle applications andtechnology. We help our clientsimplement solutions to address manufacturing, financial, human resources,customer relationship management, procurement, order management, supply chain,and other business needs leveraging the full suite of Oracle products (i.e.Oracle EBS, ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and Edge Products.



  • Functionalimplementation experience with 2 complex, full lifecycle Oracle ProjectAccounting implementations (Oracle R12 or Cloud).

  • A minimumof 6 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle ProjectAccounting modulesin Release 12 (R12) or Cloud : Contracts, Resource Management,Project Management, Costing, Billing.

  • Demonstratedexperience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systemsstrategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gapanalysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots(CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

  • Up to 80% travel required

  • ABachelor s degree


  • Abilityto work independently and manage multiple task assignments

  • Strongoral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio,MS PowerPoint)

  • Strongproblem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise maturejudgment

  • Experiencementoring junior staff

  • Anadvanced degree in the area of specialization

  • Experienceleading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications
