Work you'll do
We are looking for an experienced Nuance Voice Biometrics Engineer, who will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and day-to-day support Nuance Security Suite (NSS) solution in a highly loaded environment.
-Experience working with Nuance Security Suite (NSS)
-Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, network masks, Static routing, DNS, Firewalls, protocols of higher level)
-Knowledge of RDBMS concepts (basic SQL level)
-Knowledge of Linux RedHat/CentOS, Microsoft Windows platforms

1+ years technical hands on experience with Nuance Security Suite
2+ years of Software Development experience specifically in SQL, Linux RedHat and Microsoft Windows Platforms
1+ years of Contact Center experience with basic knowledge of networking concepts ( (TCP/IP, network masks, Static routing, DNS, Firewalls, etc.)

Travel up to 30%
Practical experience of integration Nuance Security Suite with IVR systems
- Basic VXML 2.0/2.1 knowledge
Basic Java knowledge
- Knowledge of modern IVR platforms (For example: Cisco CVP, Genesys GVP, Avaya )
