Lead Paid Media Specialist - Deloitte's Green Dot Agency

Are you a marketing and communications professional interestedin working with a dynamic team to execute digital advertising campaigns acrosssearch engines and social media networks? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a specialist to join our in-housemarketing agency to drive integrated campaign execution across key externalmarketing channels.

The Paid Media Specialist would be responsible for creating andoptimizing digital advertising campaigns across major search engines and socialmedia networks with an emphasis on Google and LinkedIn. The ideal candidatewill have proven success and hands-on experience with search engine marketing(SEM), social media advertising, and data analysis.

Whatyou ll do:

  • Collaboratecross-functionally with strategic marketers, channel strategists, and creativecolleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholdergoals and drive business impact.

  • Contributeto integrated campaign strategy ideation and pitch opportunities across theteams.

  • Create andmanage SEM campaigns (Google, Bing, YouTube) that adhere to channel bestpractices (e.g., campaign architecture, match types, bidding strategies, andtracking).

  • Create andmanage paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, andInstagram.

  • Assess andanalyze campaign performance. Identify drivers or detractors of campaign performanceand create actionable next steps.

  • Keep up todate with industry and search engine updates; communicate implications forprogram and recommended actions.

  • Helpeducate best practices, upskill team members, and identify new and innovativeways to create impact.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 5-8 years paid media experience,agency experience preferred

  • Ability to think beyond just paid media andinfluence an integrated cross-channel campaign strategy and customer experience

  • In-platform digital advertising executionexperience. Pulling the levers in search and social advertising platforms suchGoogle Ads and/or LinkedIn are preferred; both is a bonus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability torecognize the business implications of data and delivering key insights tostakeholders

  • Ability to work and achieve results withminimal supervision in an intense, fast-paced, virtual team environment

  • Ability to handle multiple projects andprioritize responsibilities

  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis skillsincluding A/B testing and understanding of trending and forecasting

  • Strong Excel & digital analyticsexperience

  • Excellent oral/written presentation skills;proficiency in preparation and presentation of campaign proposals and/or campaignperformance analysis

  • Experience managing various size campaigns, budgets,vendor billing, and expense reconciliation
