Deloitte Implementation Delivery Owner with Public Sector Experience in San Diego, California

Work you'll do

  • Serve as key interface between the Implementation Team and Service Areas

  • Review Jira user stories across Service Area teams

  • Facilitate Implementation Team reviews of key epics and user stories and help to define and prioritize the team's user story backlog

  • Design, implement, and manage the remote Go-Live command center by facilitating frequent meetings with transitioned Orgs and ensuring implementation-specific issues get resolved

  • Manage, oversee, track, and report on status of work conducted by the ILs in their activities with the Orgs, and work in partnership with the client's Implementation Lead

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.



  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to work remotely with some travel to client sites based on stakeholder needs

  • Ten years of overall experience and seven years of experience in IT implementation strategy, project management, and/or Agile design and delivery on one or more public-sector IT implementation projects, with each project having a minimum of 5,000 active users


  • Prior management consulting experience

  • Based in Sacramento, CA
