Deloitte HRST Digital Enablement Manager in San Diego, California
The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
Our team - in partnership with Talent stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors supports the design, configuration, testing and implementation of solutions to enhance the Talent experience and create value for the Firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent technology professional to design, implement and support these solutions to transform the talent deployment experience.
This role will lead delivery of technology solutions for talent deployment related systems, including advising stakeholders on how best to leverage technology to support their needs. This individual will incubate and drive projects in partnership with the Talent Deployment team, maintain an awareness of innovative technology and advise on opportunities to leverage innovation and automation. This role requires experience with technology implementation as well as talent process and domain experience, ideally supporting deployment. This individual requires strong project management skills and stakeholder management experience.
Work you'll do
As the Digital Enablement Manager, you will:
Lead the design and implementation of Talent technologies
Plan and facilitate meetings to ensure that process designs, requirements, system configurations, testing and implementation plans meet the Talent and Business owners' needs
Manage the user acceptance testing process - including creating and reviewing test materials, tracking, and reporting on testing status and driving successful resolution of issues
Maintain awareness of broader Talent portfolio activities and advise stakeholders on related systems or process considerations, impacts, or risks
Leverage a strategic mindset and collaborate with others to propose innovative digital solutions that shape the Talent experience
Create business cases to demonstrate the return-on-investment related to digital solutions
Maintain release management and manage change control and governance
Perform other role-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate on best practices
Expertise leading talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions - from concept to deployment
Talent subject matter experience with deployment / resource management strongly preferred
Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
