Work you'll do
Perform updates to technical documentation and data as part of the Configuration Management (CM) support for a U.S. Government Program Office (to include):
Incorporate document changes in accordance with approved change orders or as directed.
Provide electronic file conversions for storage and distribution of documents.
Maintain document details in the designated tracking database.
Coordinate and prepare briefings for the program office's configuration management boards.
Attend all MPO, industry vendor, and other Government agency coordination meetings, as required.
Ensure that the database records are current and accurate for Investigation Requests (IRs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Notices of Revision (NORs), and Requests for Deviation (RFDs), documents, configurations, contract implementation, etc.
MIDS JTRS (5), MIDS JTRS (6), MIDS JTRS (7), & MIDS JTRS (8) Development Efforts
CDRL reviews: Unclassified and Classified in MIDSvue
CCRBs and CCBs Coordinator
Maintain MIDS JTRS Baselines: Specification, Software, and Hardware configuration
Review Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs): Functional, Allocated, and Product
Maintain Specification titles and assign document numbers as needed
Update and maintain MIDS JTRS Baseline Index and Data Lists and related vendor Contract attachments
Maintain programs classified Inteldocs and Intershare data repository
Coordinate CM topics and/or issues within all program divisions, contractors, and vendors
Maintain CM tracker/Matrix

Qualifications
Required:
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Configuration Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
Configuration Management
Data Management
Analytical and problem solving related to configuration management
TopVue or similar data management tools, i.e, DOORS, CMpro
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Possess a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional and file conversions/editing in PDF
Possess the ability to work with various technical documentation applications
Possess keen attention to detail
Have familiarity with drafting programs such as AutoCad or equivalent and CAD
translator/conversion applications for editing similar files.
Person in this position will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Person will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery; such as copy machines and printers
Must be able to communicate with personnel and clients effectively
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Must be able to inspect documents on computers 50% of the time
Provide other duties as assigned
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration or management
Defense Acquisition University Configuration Management training
Institute of Configuration Management training
Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to process concurrent tasks and work with other team members to accomplish larger or complex tasks
Knowledge of Department of Defense Configuration Management processes Plans, organizes, completes and presents assessments of Configuration/Data Management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York City, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $155,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
