Work You ll Do

Integrate business needs and technology solutions to meet clients technology and web solutions needs. Deliver strategy, design and implementation of enterprise content management, digital asset management, and other technology solutions in the digital marketing and content space. Manage projects involving business requirements identification, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training and refining support procedures. Foster business relationships with executives of key clients. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards. Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Develop technical and functional use-case specifications and process flows to capture and document requirements using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint and Excel. Provide technical solution architecture and design by following Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Design Patterns, and creating component diagrams using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Oversee project implementation using project requirements management tools including IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), JIRA and Rally, and engage in Software Sizing based on Function Point or component based estimation approaches. Interact with Enterprise application teams and third party vendors to understand the current state and target state architecture, and propose integration strategies using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Representational State Transfer (REST) based web services. Perform current state system analysis, map salesforce features to business requirements, and document business process flows and architecture diagrams using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint. Use Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to implement sales, service, and market cloud solutions by leveraging Out of the Box (OOB) features including Lightning Process Builder, workflow and approval processes, visual flow, case and knowledge management, assignment and escalation rules, reports and dashboards, and profiles and permission sets. Customize business requirements using technologies including VisualForce, Apex, Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS, and jQuery. Perform code migration across Salesforce instances using Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Another Neat Tool (ANT), change sets, DreamFactory, and performing Data Migration using Salesforce Data Loader and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) tools including Informatica Cloud and IBM InfoSphere DataStage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Providing technical solution architecture and design by following Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Design Patterns, and creating component diagrams using Unified Modeling Language (UML);

  • Overseeing project implementation using project requirements management tools like IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), JIRA and Rally, and engaging in Software Sizing based on Function Point or component based estimation approaches;
