As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Program Client Experiences Lead you will play a key role in managing, executing, and growing existing CMO Program client experiences, supporting the team in bringing to market innovative new offerings, and supporting development of content and insights. You will be provided with a unique opportunity to deliver on the CMO Program s mandate of building Deloitte s relationship and reputation with CMOs and be at the center of building the pipeline for and delivering CMO Program client experiences, delivering the CMO Program s content strategy by supporting primary and secondary research, and leading data analysis to inform compelling and persuasive insights. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide array of Deloitte teams and leaders who serve CMOs, stretch creative and strategic thinking, and work with executive level clients.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing Consultant or Senior Consultant with strong project management skills, good facilitation/presentation skills, executive presence, adept data analysis and excel capabilities, a strong interest in marketing, and a passion and aptitude for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive and hard-working attitude and excitement for operating in a start-up environment will help the person excel in this role.

Work you ll do

CMO Client Experiences (50%)

  • Manage the coordination of the CMO Transition Labs, including: responding to initial inquiries, scheduling and supporting scoping calls, securing Deloitte Greenhouse

  • Manage and strategically grow the pipeline of both potential and active CMO Transition labs opportunities; managing the associated analysis and reporting on performance

  • Push continuous optimization of the CMO Transition Lab lifecycle

  • Analyze and synthesize lab-related information, identifying key client challenge themes

  • Identify CMO Program client experience gaps and support creation of new client experiences for CMOs

Content & Insights (30%)

  • Support delivery of high-caliber content to deliver on the CMO Program s thought leadership strategy and goal to build eminence and reputation with CMOs in the marketplace

  • Help develop action plans and execution of primary and secondary research to support priority content topics for the CMO Program

  • Source and facilitate partnerships with internal and external researchers, content creators and vendors

  • Work with team to analyze research findings and translate into actionable insights for CMOs

  • Translate insights into compelling stories and visuals in partnership with internal and external teams to bring content to life for internal and external audiences

  • Support creation of video and other digital content

  • Support launch of a global survey leveraging research analytics experience, including: curating questions, securing respondents, supporting survey technology, running reports and analyzing responses, and drawing insights

Cross-CMO Program Initiatives (20%)

  • Capture CMO Program-related data in Salesforce; create dashboards; input, aggregate, and analyze data to reach meaningful conclusions to inform the CMO Program agenda and strategy

  • Own executive update decks and monthly reporting

  • Schedule and/or maintain meeting invites across team as appropriate

  • Manage team ShareFile file structure and clarity

  • Manage ad-hoc CMO Program projects and sprints

  • Lead vendor management and invoicing for the CMO Program
