Work you'll do
Review and create release management process
Management of release activities including environment management plan, release plan, release playbook
Experience with Salesforce and Copado release management
Coordinate with technical team and development team to release
Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as an administrator or a member of Salesforce implementation teams

Qualifications
Required:
At least 3-5 years hands on experience as a release management lead on large enterprise systems
At least 3 years hands on experience performing release management in a continuous integration/continuous deployment environment
At least 3 years hands on experience managing risks and resolving issues that affect release management
At least 2 years performing release management in an Agile (Scrum)/SAFe project environment
1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Copado release management
1+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as an administrator or a member of Salesforce implementation teams
Travel up to 50% based on the clients you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 to $241,000.
