Work You'll do
Functional Lead for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) System will provide a custom CRM to manage multiple State benefit types for millions of recipients and new applicants. Work generally involves working with a large team to efficiently maintain and operate an existing Integrated Eligibility system that we have built and continue to operate and enhance. Functional Lead role will be to provide leadership and PM for the Reporting workstream.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of experience in business analytics
Bachelors degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 50%
Preferred:
Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Services (MDS)
Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES)
Functional Design
