Own the tactical creation of key deliverables: block frames, interface designs, and clickable prototypes
Manage the UIUX design team (1-2 designers) that is supporting the creation of key deliverables
Recommend and implement enhancements to the existing design and overall design system
Facilitate hand-off meetings with the offshore designer to enable a 24-hour cycle. This will require a morning handoff to review designs and an evening handoff to assign tasks

1+ years of professional experience
5+ years of UIUX design experience
Ability to interpret already defined user stories, blockframes, and excel prototypes to create and deploy high fidelity clickable prototypes
Ability to produce daily iterations in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with product owners and end-user representatives to define requirements for future sprints to inform user stories and prototype design
Ability to manage a 24-hour cycle with our offshore designers
Ability to create, innovate, and think outside of the box
Ability to travel up to 50% (while up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Experience with manufacturing applications and user personas
Experience with IoT applications
