Work you'll do

• Lead and drive Salesforce scrum team

• Review user stories and identify gaps for salesforce solutions

• Review user stories to prepare a salesforce design approach

• Understand business processes to make the wholistic design with salesforce solution in mind

• Work with UX team to create UX designs for salesforce

• Work with Technical team and architect to align technical approach

• Identify schedule/time/scope risks and propose mitigation plan

• Identify schedule/time/scope issues and propose issue resolution plan

We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience

• Active Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce Service Cloud Certification or Sales Cloud Certification

• 5+ years of experience writing user stories

• 5+ years of experience managing scrum teams

• Travel up to 50% based on the clients you serve

• The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $155,000.
