Work you ll do
As aManager within our practice, you will:
Workwith clients to identify financial control issues and gaps
Managethe complete grantlife cycle from proposal to award
Designand implement technical solutions to improve financial management activities
Adviseour clients on accounting and financial reporting operations
Participateand lead aspects of the proposal development process
Responsiblefor project(s) financials including development of financial plans
Providecounseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
Activelyparticipate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input andguidance into the staffing process

Our team helps clients prepare for financialclose, address compliance regulations, improve process and controls aroundfinancial reporting, and implement new accounting requirements. Ourpractice can provide the support organizations need with a comprehensiveapproach to tackle the most challenging accounting and financial issues thatimpact risk within an agency environment.
Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without the need foremployer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other Business-related field
Capable of providing expert level business process guidance in PeopleSoftGrants Management software
Abilityto managemonitoring and reconciliation of federal grants,compliance requirements, administrative caps, and reporting and reconcilinggrantee systems for federal grantor reporting systems
Experiencepresenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas tovarious audiences (technical and non-technical)
Pre-sales,proposal, and RFP experience
Consultingexperience in any of the following areas: business process improvement,financial management policies and procedures, financial system integrations,etc.
Priorexperience supporting HUD, specifically the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) program
Backgroundin financial analytics using SQL
Certifications including CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFA
