Workyou ll do
Asa Manager within our practice you will:
Adviseclients and enhance their strategic risk awareness in the areas of enterpriserisk management, geospatial analytics, crisis management and grants management
Integrateuse of technology-based risk assessment tools or methodologies to review,design and implement solutions
Organizeand deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
Contributeto the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationships
Asa technical or functional advisor, work extensively with the management of theproject to guide efforts that address the client s needs
Serveas a Subject Matter Expert , adding interpretive value to data presented orexperienced insight into a functional process or issue
Displayleadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs anddeveloping alternative solutions
Identifyopportunities for other Deloitte service offerings that can address clientneeds
Responsiblefor managing solutions, delegating resources, and helping to ensure qualityassurance principles are met across projects and deliverables
Provideleadership and support for delivery teams and staff
Activelyparticipate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input andguidance into the staffing process

OurStrategic Risk Team provides analysis and assessment of critical risk factorsthat can impact our Government and Public Services client s operations andoverall environment. We help our clients navigate these complex riskfactors in the areas of enterprise risk management, geospatial analytics,crisis management, and grants management.
Bachelor sdegree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, PoliticalScience, Mathematics, Engineering, Geography, Geospatial Intelligence orrelated field
7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas - riskmanagement, geospatial analytics, crisis management, or grants management
3 years in a technical or functional lead role
Proficiencyin the Esri ArcGIS suite of software (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGISOnline)
Experiencementoring and coaching others
Provenleadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, anddecision-making abilities
Experiencemanaging senior-level client relationships
Experiencepresenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas tovarious audiences (technical and non-technical)
Pre-sales,proposal, and RFP experience
Mustbe able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
Oneof more relevant certifications
Proficiencywith ArcGIS Enterprise (Server / Portal) and Server extensions includingInsights for ArcGIS, GeoAnalytics Server and GeoEvent Server
