Deloitte Digital Enablement Manager in Sacramento, California

The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firm-wide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. Our Talent organization is transforming the way that services are delivered through the implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module. This platform will bring the employee experience to life by creating connected, transparent, and efficient services across the Talent lifecycle.

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated talent technology professional to design, implement, enhance, and maintain these ServiceNow HR services as part of our multi-year transformation roadmap.

This individual will play a functional role - advising our stakeholders on design, configuration, timing, and more to support end-to-end case management, workflow management, knowledge, and system communications. This role will be the nexus of advising, designing, and prioritizing new work and enhancements by partnering with our IT enterprise platform team and our Talent teams

Work you'll do

As the Digital Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the platform, including monitoring and identifying any issues early to mitigate any risk

  • Advise stakeholders throughout iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions

  • Design creative and sustainable solutions for business issues and enhancements as raised by the stakeholders

  • Lead the design, implementation, and testing of new functionality in collaboration with our IT partners and Talent stakeholders

  • Manage third party vendor relationships, when applicable, resolve break-fixes, prioritize ongoing enhancements, and monitor new development - with a focus on downstream impacts.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Talent and coordinate with subject matter advisors to ensure the appropriate Talent representation is included in preparation, design, and testing workshops.

  • Advise on all stakeholder communications and training needs

  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts to propose innovative digital solutions that shape the customer experience.

  • Support the Digital Enablement leadership team with support for key programs and projects.

  • Perform other role-related duties as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience

  • 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow platform or comparable technology preferred

  • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

  • Expertise leading talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions - from concept to deployment

  • Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset

  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

  • Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86425 to $177470.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
