Work You ll Do

As anAnalyst, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaboratingwith diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems,improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize onour cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brandwithin the organization.This person should have stronganalytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complexproblems and communicate findings.

This Analyst utilized awareness of the marketfor leading edge technologies todefine capabilities and solutions designed to help clients more effectively connect with their customers acrosschannels. Majors: Computer Science, Engineering, Design Innovation,Human Computer Interaction

HC Strategy

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->This Analyst identifies efficiencies toenhance organizational performance through innovative talent, leadership and change programs. This Analyst also designs & developsintegrated talent management strategies ,helping clients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization & digital enablement.Majors: Business, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources,Liberal Arts, ILR

Solutions Engineering

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->This Analyst supports design, implementationand operation of heart of the business systems in order to enhance clients technology capabilities and deliver onenterprise objectives. The Analystcontinually develops new skills while assisting clients in building optimized solutions across the organization. We look for a problem solver who is excitedto work with disruptive technologies and has the right blend of practicalityand ingenuity to make the most of those technologies. While not limited to these roles, this personmay wish to grow to become a technical architect, integration expert, dataarchitect or seasoned developer. Majors:Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computer Science

Required Qualifications
