Work you'll do
Lead the Purpose Office eminence strategy which is rooted in the Purpose Office's vision
Seek ways to establish deep dives into the eminence production across the ecosystem of Deloitte.
Identify the Eminence operating model enhancements that will increase collaboration between the Core Commitment Teams and the Monitor Institute, and better enable the Purpose Office to develop impactful & differentiated thought leadership that promotes Deloitte's brand as a purpose-driven firm
Facilitate prioritization of the most impactful topics by establishing a coordinated research agenda
Eliminate redundant efforts, resulting in reduced costs
Promote sharing of insights and research results, driving progress particularly around intersectional topics
Provide capabilities and support for research, writing, publishing, & promotion
Enable streamlined contracting between Deloitte teams and external partners
Develop and execute a framework for the agenda setting of the eminence
Develop relationships with leaders across the PO network to find collaboration points.

Qualifications (both required and preferred)
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of prior work experience, client service and sustainability related experience preferred or 17+ years of professional experience without a degree
Track record of high performance
Strong strategy, analytical, research, and project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to proactively manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously
Ability to manage to aggressive deliverable due dates and workplan
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the near future.
Travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Ability to think critically, objectively, strategically and tactically
Ability to work in an ambiguous and virtual environment
Strong executive presence
Desire to drive Deloitte and our clients towards making meaningful impact
Proven leadership and teaming skills
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $115,030 to $211,850.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
