We are looking for a UX Copywriter with a passion for communication and a willingness to drive content strategy for the future of products and services. In this position, you'll help drive the future of our content strategy and define the standards for UX copywriting. In conjunction with the UI/UX team, you'll be responsible for helping shape product experiences by crafting clear messaging for a multitude of user personas across Human Capital.
Work You'll Do:
Partner with UX/UI designers, key stakeholders, and business leads to execute strategic content for assigned projects
Drive the overall voice and tone of our materials, with an emphasis on clear, usable content that is on brand
Design and optimize clear and concise UX copy that helps users navigate our offering portfolio of products and services
Leverage your knowledge of design and UX to inform content strategy
Simplify complex content for users and create context that drives user actions
Drive the review and approval process of all UX content, establishing relationships with stakeholders in brand, legal, and marketing
Document UX content standards and style guides, collaborating regularly with the UX team to establish best practices
Participate in research and iterate on language based on user insights, translating concepts and information into content for varying user personas
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communications, User Experience, or a related field
3 - 5 years of digital content creation or copywriting experience
2 - 4 years of experience as a UX writer or product-focused content designer
Travel up to 15% (While up to 15% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Pervious work examples needed: sample content portfolio showcasing UX copywriting and content strategy work
