Work you'll do
Performing customer requirements elicitation leading to Requirements Development
Definition of high-level functional and performance requirements and verification methods, subsequent analysis, decomposition, and derivation of requirements, allocation of those lower-level requirements to physical and functional architectural elements, and tracking them through design, verification, integration, and operational validation
Document concept design decisions and support generating System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments in SysML model
Supporting a team of engineers to create, mature and present comprehensive and cohesive technical charts representative of the appropriate level of maturation for any given milestone meeting and demonstrating team readiness in relation to achieving the milestone entrance and exit criteria
Coordinating and collaborating with diverse engineering design teams to assist in managing the technical baseline

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or related technical field, preferred
• 4+ years of professional or technical consulting experience in large-scale information systems
• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including SysML methodology and tools like Cameo
• Ability to generate System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) and capability assessments per the program statement of work (SOW)
• Active Secret US Government clearance
Preferred:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Experience in federal consulting for large-scale information systems
