Work you'll do

As a Change/ Process Manager, you will assist in the development of program management services to ensure alignment with financial management, contract, technical requirements objectives, and processes. These include, but are not limited to preparation, review and assessment of program management documentation addressing scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance, across all phases of the financial management lifecycle from requirement initiation through close out.

Provide program management support across Budget branches to include but not limited to meeting support (i.e. meeting minutes), standardized templates, and SharePoint site content management.

Conduct a variety of studies and analyses to support development of overall financial program planning to ensure responsiveness to mission objectives and reflecting sound program planning and tenants.

Coordinate, collect, and produce visual materials for Briefing (monthly), and Ad-hoc briefings from key stakeholders.

  • Prepare materials for Congressional Justification (annual) and ad-hoc Congressional requests.

  • Assist with and prepare materials for template design, knowledge management, Assistant Director (AD) briefings, Chief Operations Officer (COO)Director briefing, OCFO Divisional briefing and Special project briefings, CFO Town Halls, CFO Speeches, off-site events (joint agency and other), and Ad-hoc events.

  • Develop effective unofficial messaging, identifying, develop, and execute actions to address all communication needs and improve communication channels.

  • Develop and execute communication actions for website content creation and management, visual aids, video content, template creation, free-standing communication, logos and emblems, website content, internet banners and podcast technology, with the approval of the Government POC.
