Work you ll do
As a Consultant within our Intel team you will be involved with customer engagement strategy, which aims to establish a new organization within a federal agency.
Agency-wide outreach efforts, creating materials that resonate with target audiences, and choosing the optimal communication methods and channels
Creating presentations to explain technical information to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge (novice to expert)
Analyzing client problems, discovering insights, and delivering recommendations
Independent research on emerging technology trends, topics, and news
Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Maintaining responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assisting in proposal development, as requested
Actively expanding your consulting skillset and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with client

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Development/Psychology, or a related discipline
Experience developing PowerPoint presentations, placemats, communications plans, and workshop facilitation materials
Experience in customer/stakeholder engagement strategy
Interest in emerging technology
Ability to translate technical information into easily digestible content
Comfort with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a targeted audience
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Must have an Active TS/SCI security clearance w/ Polygraph
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
- Prior professional services or Federal consulting experience
