Strategic Communications Consultant

Work you ll do
As a Human Capital Consultant within our Organizational Transformation team you will:
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming theorganization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support itsbusiness strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they aretoday to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing theorganization s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing theorganization structure, and will require a combination of change managementactions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will becritical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline
2 years of relevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in corporate operations, government operations, management and/or human resources-related fields
2 years of relevant experience supporting external stakeholder engagement and communications, including COVID-19 communications
2 years of relevant experience performing strategic communications functions, including administrative and logistical duties to facilitate industry forums
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position.
- 2 year of experience supporting federal clients in a consulting capacity
