Work you'll do

Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to support a intel community client team. Qualified hires will provide support to the Business Innovation needs of a VA based agency. This practitioner will work in training, communications, strategy, program management and change management. Past experience working in the intelligence community is plus.

The Workforce Transformation (WFT) offering helps clients consider how work, workforces and workplaces need to be reimagined in the service of future business strategy. We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph or ability to sponsor up to polygraph level

• 5+ years of HR Strategy experience

• 2+ years of training and/or training facilitation experience

• 2+ years of federal or Intel Community related experience

• 2+ years of change management and/or strategic communications experience

• Ability to work full time in SCIF environments in Springfield, VA

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field

Preferred:

• Masters degree in an applicable field

• SHRM Certification
