Deloitte Solution Review Implementation Lead in Rosslyn, Virginia
The Government and Public Services (GPS) Delivery Excellence (DE) team is currently seeking a full-time dedicated Solution Reviews Implementation Lead. This role sits in the Quality Management (QM) pillar of the GPS DE organization and is responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of Solution Reviews with GPS Offerings and Pursuit teams. GPS Delivery Excellence is tasked with the significant responsibility of driving quality and service delivery excellence while minimizing risk on GPS engagements. Solution Reviews are Offering/Offering Portfolio (OP) led review of solutions visioned and proposed during the pursuit and proposal development. Solution Reviews are an important component of the pursuit phase, aimed at identifying risks early on and reducing delivery quality issues.
GPS Delivery Excellence - Solution Review Implementation Lead
The Solution Review Implementation Lead is responsible for planning and implementing Solution Reviews working with GPS Offering/OP leaders and account pursuit teams. The individual will work under the supervision of the Solution Support Adoption Lead reporting to the Solution Support Leader. Solution Review Implementation Lead will be assigned to work with specific offerings and sector/accounts and will develop a strong understanding of the refreshed pursuit lifecycle, the Delivery Transformation project archetypes and GPS Offerings. This practitioner will work with Offering leadership to help adopt Solution Reviews for pursuits involving solutions from their Offerings. The Solution Review Implementation Lead will work with pursuit teams and Offering Solution Reviews leaders to support the Solution Review process, observe and collect data on Solution Review adoption and participate in Solution Review process improvements.
Develop a deep understanding of the refreshed pursuit lifecycle including awareness of the RACI model relative to Solution Reviews
Work with Solution Support Adoption Lead to develop the implementation plan for the assigned offerings and pursuits
Develop Solution Review implementation plans and Solution Review overview materials
Develop and deliver presentations to GPS Offering/OP and DE leadership on Solution Reviews
Support gathering data for Solution Review adoption metrics; support development and publication of adoption reports
Support and suggest ways to continuously improve Solution Review process, materials, and workflow
Maintain and own a log of feedback and improvements to Solution Review processes and suggest process improvements
Work collaboratively with others in support of Delivery Excellence priority initiatives and/or ad hoc activities
5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in a Government or Public Sector practice of a consulting or professional services firm
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Experience with Program Management
Experience with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and the use of PowerPoint
Ability to quickly understand, synthesize, and structure new information
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a face-paced environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
