Deloitte Senior Human Capital Consultant with TS/SCI Clearance in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do

  • Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others

  • Provides coaching to junior staff

  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

  • Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

  • Contributes to proposal development

  • S eek out opportunities for professional growth and expansion off your consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this role

  • 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • 4 years of experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create client deliverables

  • 2 years of experience identifying and managing process improvement opportunities
