Work you'll do

Senior, experienced data scientist / engineer with AI/ML development and application experience to develop automated analytics and ML products for a solution on Palantir Foundry. Please do NOT apply if you do not already possess a current Top Secret clearance

Developing advanced data science tools to support identification of and risk management of TCAs

The GPS Analytics and Cognitive (A&C) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree required in Engineering, Engineering Management, Data Science or Computer Science

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Top Secret security clearance required, with ability to obtain SCI

  • 15+ years of experience in data science building models on top of complex projects across multiple functional communities and command levels

  • Experience in developing Machine Learning models for complex systems engineering data systems

  • Ability to develop and/or migrate models within Palantir Foundry

  • Competence in building models in Python (PySpark and Pandas) and R

Preferred:

  • PhD in Computer Science

  • Foundry Solution Architect Certification
