Work you'll do
As an Analytics Workstream Lead, you will work in a high-visibility role focused on leading the end-to-end development of the team's overarching product portfolio including architecting data pipelines, Microsoft Power Platform integration and BI solutions. This role requires an ability to drive industry best practices for developing and scaling enterprise-level data pipelines and a proactive "Product Developer" mindset to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and intuitive UI/UX design.

The GPS AI & Data Operations offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of data engineering experience including experience architecting data pipelines, working with Microsoft Power Platform integration (PowerApps, Power Automate)
5+ years of data visualization experience with a focus on PowerBI and Tableau Business Intelligence solutions
5+ years of Python experience
Must hold an active Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
Ability to travel once a month on average to Norfolk, VA
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Naval aviation or supply chain analytics experience
Strong working knowledge of Databricks and Jupiter/ADVANA offerings
Experience with distributed data processing such as Spark and Hadoop
AI/ML modeling experience
