Deloitte RPA Senior Consultant in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do

The process analyst will support our client's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team in performing all aspects of the RPA life cycle, from intake and prioritization to requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment of automations. Specific duties include:

  • Coordinate with process owners (Gov and CTR) to discuss use cases, complete PAQs, and obtain Gov POC signatures to be submitted via FRRB mailbox

  • Support automation design, development, testing, and deployment

  • Collaborate with developers to facilitate design sessions with process owners

  • Capture functional requirements in PDD

  • Update PDD as additional requirements are captured and refined

  • Schedule and facilitate UAT sessions

  • Lead complexity assessments for processes submitted through the FRR

  • Coordinate with RPA PMO counterparts to schedule and facilitate meetings with process owners to complete intake forms

  • Develop and deliver Monthly Performance Metrics Reports, coordinate with RPA PMO counterparts to compile submissions and ensure timely completion ahead of deliverable submission deadline

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree

• 2+ relevant experience within Robotics Process Automation

• Experience with Business Process Design, Gathering and Automation

• Strong strategic communication skills to include presenting quantitative concepts in easy to understand formats and actively listening to identify business problems and their causes

• A curious, questioning attitude that leads them to look past superficial appearances to find deeper problems, insights, and solutions

• Thrives in fast-paced work environment with multiple stakeholders

• High-performing team player who believes that cross-functional teams are greater than the sum of its parts

• Must have active Top Secret Clearance
