Work you'll do

  • Leverage project management software and learning management systems to support continuing education for a large contract

  • Provide subject matter expertise for Adobe suite products and various LMS platforms, such as Adobe Connect and Adobe Captivate

  • Create workflow documentation, reports, and briefings for client IT systems and processes

  • 5 years of experience in continuing education/learning and development systems in a public sector IT consulting environment

  • Completed Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with various learning and development platforms and learning management systems, to include Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, and Plateau

  • Technical proficiency with Sharepoint and Drupal content management systems

  • Technical writing experience in an IT consulting environment

  • Must be based within commuting distance of the Washington, D.C. area; at this time, we are not able to sponsor travel or relocation in order to perform onsite work

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without th e need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role


  • Technical experience with SQL, front end programming languages such as Javascript and HTML, and UI/UX design

  • Active US security clearance
