Work you'll do
Provide leadership and technical oversight on the planning and implementation of large scale, multi-year, multi-site program evaluations using mixed method approaches
Serve as project director or principal investigator for evaluation and research studies
Leverage expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, research and evaluations study design, impact evaluations, data visualization, manuscript development, IRB management, and survey research
Support business development and eminence initiatives
Mentor, develop, and manage junior staff and teams

Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree required
Eight years of relevant professional experience in federal health program evaluation
Ten years of relevant overall professional experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 30%
Preferred:
Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred
PhD or equivalent in a health-related discipline
