We are seeking a Top Secret cleared Senior Consultant with experience using Power Platform tools. Power Automate, Forms, PowerApps, and Power BI

Work you'll do

• Lead a data team delivering workforce analytics; leveraging data analytics and visualization to assist with organizational decisions

• Develop staffing models to forecast attrition and candidate background processing

• Create customized Power BI dashboards for executive leadership

• Identify automation opportunities to optimize data reporting and processes

• Establish KPIs based on raw historical data to determine recruiting and hiring

• Assist with evaluation, development, programming, and execution of on-going reconciliations

• Work with clients to coordinate development and resolution of identified analytical deficiencies

• Support analytics team to execute data strategy and review analytic scripts (Python, Databricks, SQL, ACL)

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Business, Finance or other Business-related field

• Applied knowledge of accounting analytics in the government space

• 3-4 year of experience in reviewing, analyzing, validating, and reconciling financial/accounting information

Preferred:

• Consulting experience in business process improvement, financial management policies and procedures, or financial system integrations

• Familiarity with U.S. government financial accounting systems

• Certifications including CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFA
