Health Analytics Technology Lead
The goal of this work is to improve data transparency and reduce administrative burden on practitioners to use data to drive care delivery. Through data aggregation, participating practitioners will receive unified feedback reports with data from multiple payers, rather than through individual payer reports, allowing practitioners to see their patients' cost and utilization patterns in one actionable and easy to use tool
Work you ll do
Strategize with client and stakeholders to develop visualizations for demonstrating program results e.g. results dashboard
Manage process of delivering claims data to aggregators, monitoring for sensitive data, etc.
Provide guidance to data aggregators on data needs to support strategic initiatives e.g. linking claims with clinical data
Lead Data QA processes to validate aggregator measure calculations and provide guidance to promote the use and usefulness of client data
Lead and develop analytic strategies to drive practice transformation on their transition to value-based care, and work with regional stakeholders on implementation
Develop COVID testing dashboards
Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies heart of the business issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.
Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client s technology challenges.
4 years in a Clinical or Health Technology Analytics background
Bachelor s degree
Experience working with and reviewing Medicare and other payer claims data
Experience working with alternate data types (e.g. EHR, HIE)
Experience with CMS measures specifications and performance measurement, such as HEDIS, CAPHS, MIPS
Experience providing insight on analytics strategy and lead data-driven primary care population health initiatives
Experience driving practice transformation on the transition to value-based care, and working with regional stakeholders on implementation of VBC initiatives
Data Visualization using tools like Tableau
Medicare and Medicaid (MDS)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
