Deloitte Grants System Product Owner in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do

The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing team value by aligning the backlog with customer and stakeholder needs. They act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring continuous communication to refine the backlog. They manage and prioritize the backlog, guide story creation, and contribute to the product vision and roadmap. The Product Owner implements agile processes, coordinates OKRs, and supports iterations by providing daily insights and facilitating planning and review sessions. They seek feedback for continuous improvement and develop support materials like videos and user guides to help the team and stakeholders understand and utilize the product effectively.

The GPS AI & Data Operations (AI&DO) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • 8+ years of experience delivering technology and data driven transformation programs and products

  • 5+ years of government industry consulting experience

  • Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree

  • Experience owning Federal Grants Management related products

  • Strong client communication and facilitation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.
