Work you'll do
Design and implement technical solutions to improve financial management activities
Advise our clients on technical accounting and internal controls matters
Work with clients to identify financial control issues and gaps
Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Provides coaching to junior staff
Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
Manage own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

Qualifications
Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from accredited United States college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems
An Active Secret clearance is required.
3+ years of Consulting experience from a Big 4 firm in any of the following areas: business process improvement, financial management policies and procedures, and financial system integrations/u pgrades
Knowledge of and experience improving Federal accounting and transaction process
Experience as a team lead responsible for mentoring and coaching.
Expert level experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create client deliverables.
Must be open to travel up to 50%.
Preferred:
Familiarity with U.S. government financial accounting systems
Certifications including CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFA
