Work you'll do
This individual will have advanced technical skills in Enterprise Performance Management technology, such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion and/or IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 and will be responsible for developing a OneStream application for a Federal client.
Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of OneStream solutions
Focus on technical delivery and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables
Work independently with technical/functional direction from the leads
Provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core consolidation and FPA processes to translate into system solutions
Understand client's business requirements and subsequently design, build, configure, test and deploy OneStream applications
support the OneStream application
Contribute as an individual player or lead a team of developers to implement a solution, manage day-to-day reporting and delivery

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future OR (2) Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
Ability to travel up to 5-25%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
3+ years of technical experience in Enterprise Performance Management technology, such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion and/or IBM Planning Analytics/TM1
3+ years of experience supporting consulting engagements centered around Enterprise Performance Management technology
Preferred:
Advanced Degree preferred
Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to collaborate with clients
