Work you'll do
Review and analyze engineering solutions to various power systems
Prepare reports studying power, microgrid and transmission
Assess current partnerships with utility companies, including contracting structures as they relate to advancing energy security initiatives
Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding experienced insights into client challenges
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff

Join our team of engineers, economists, planners, financiers, and data scientists who work to build and improve infrastructure and support economic growth across the United States. We work collaboratively to help agencies plan, finance, develop, build, and deliver the next-generation of infrastructure across the Federal Government, State Governments, and Local Municipalities. The client issues we tackle include transportation, energy/renewables, connectivity, social and health infrastructure, disaster response and recovery monitoring, and smart infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or another related field
M.S. in Electrical Engineering
Currently certified as a PE
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Ability to travel 40%-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve
10+ years of experience in power, microgrid, or transmission and distribution engineering
10+ years of experience in feasibility studies and implementation of large-scale energy project opportunities
8+ years of experience providing engineering and technical analysis for problem definition, requirements development, and implementation
Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
Currently certified as an AIA, PMP, PSP, or CCM
